General Instruction

Compensation Package:

• Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000-1,40,000 at the basic pay of Rs. 40,000/- (E1 Grade).
• Additional Benefits: Other benefits like Dearness Allowance, perquisites, allowances, and terminal benefits will be provided according to company rules in force during training and after absorption.

Placement:

• One-Year Training: Selected candidates will undergo one-year training at various locations.
• Final Posting: The final place of posting will be determined after completing the training.
• National Placement: Candidates can be placed anywhere in the country, including at NTPC projects, stations, subsidiaries, and joint venture companies.
• Shift Work: Candidates should be prepared for shift work, including night shifts, as they will be posted at power plants for shift operation. Applying for the position implies consent to work in shifts, including night shifts.

Service Agreement Bond

• Candidates in different categories have varying bond amounts:
• General, EWS, and OBC categories: Rs. 5,00,000/-
  SC, ST, and PwBD categories: Rs. 2,50,000/-
  Candidates must serve the company for a minimum of 3 years after completing a one-year training period.
• The bond is a legally binding contract, and leaving the company prematurely may result in having to pay the bond amount as specified in the agreement.
