Eligibility criteria

Qualifications

• A four-year B.Sc. (Agriculture) full-time regular degree.
• General/OBC candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% marks, while SC/ST candidates should have a minimum of 55% marks in B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree. If you have a CGPA score, it should be converted into a percentage.
• Candidates who passed B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree in the year 2020 or thereafter are eligible.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit is 30 years as of August 1, 2023.
• Relaxation of 5 years for SCs/STs and 3 years for OBCs not belonging to the creamy layer.

Locations

• The job is for Field Offices located all over India, and knowledge of the regional language for the concerned state is a must.

Language Requirements

• Candidates must be well-versed in reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the state they are applying for.
• Knowledge of Hindi is desirable.

Training Period The training period is one year.
Compensation

• During the training period, the stipend is Rs. 33,300/- per month.
• Upon successful completion of training and based on IFFCO’s requirements, AGTs may be absorbed with a basic pay pay Scale of Rs. 37,000-70,000, along with allowances and benefits as per the organization’s rules.

Service Bond

• General/OBC category trainees are required to furnish a service bond of Rs. 80,000/-.
• SC/ST category trainees are required to furnish a service bond of Rs. 20,000/-.
• This bond is for a minimum period of 3 years after the successful completion of training.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Application Process:

• Apply online through the provided link by October 7, 2023.

• Preliminary Test:
  1. Computer-based online test.
  2. Use your own computer with internet access.
  3. Shortlisting based on performance.
• Final Test:
  1. In designated centers (choose two preferences).
  2. No test center changes allowed.
  3. IFFCO may change centers if needed.
• Personal Interview:
  • Candidates who perform well in the Final Online Test will be called for a personal interview.
• Medical Exam:
  • Candidates shortlisted after the personal interview will undergo a medical examination based on IFFCO’s medical standards before final selection.
