How To Apply

• Review the User Manual and FAQ on (Career page→ CSL, Kochi).
• Application consists of One-time Registration and submission.
• Complete the process on the SAP Online portal from Oct 6, 2023, to Oct 21, 2023.
• Ensure accurate entries; changes post-selection are not accepted.
• Incomplete or withdrawn applications will not be considered.
• Save the unique registration number upon successful submission.
• Do not send application printouts, certificates, or fees by post.
• Submit well in advance to avoid last-minute website congestion.
• No troubleshooting assistance available after 4pm on the last date 21 October 2023

Period of Contract
All posts above are temporary in nature and for a maximum period of Three years subject to
project requirements and individual performance.

General Instruction

• Verify eligibility before applying.
• Ex-serviceman criteria explained.
• Additional document verification may be required.
• Original certificates will be verified, false information results in rejection.
• Ineligible applications will be rejected.
• No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) provided.
• Call letters are sent via email or from the CSL website.
• Submitting an application doesn’t guarantee selection.
• Vacancies are contractual, not permanent.
• Medical examination required for short-listed candidates.
• CSL isn’t liable for previous employment benefits.
• Rank lists maintained, vacancies filled based on need.
• CSL may choose not to fill advertised vacancies.
• Submitting an application implies acceptance of terms.
• Preserve documents for two years.
• Legal matters to be handled in Ernakulam.
• Updates will be communicated through the CSL Official website.

Qualification:

Minimum qualification must be from a recognized Institute/Examination Board by AICTE, appropriate statutory authority, or State/Central Government.

Applicants with qualifications equivalent to the prescribed qualifications should provide an Equivalency Certificate from the competent authority. Without this certificate, their candidature won’t be considered.

Experience:

• Experience considered is acquired after the date of passing the prescribed qualification. The period of post-qualification experience is calculated as of 21 October 2023.
• For current employees (in private/public sector/government), in the absence of an experience certificate, applicants should submit documents such as an Appointment/Offer letter, the latest Pay Slip, or a copy of the last Pay drawn as proof of experience.
• For past employment, an experience certificate specifying the date of joining and relieving is required. During certificate verification, candidates must produce all original certificates to establish their claimed experience.
  Ex-servicemen should provide their Discharge Certificate/Book/Pension Payment Order from the Armed Forces. Qualifications endorsed in their Discharge Certificate/Book can be considered for experience calculation. Such qualifications obtained during their service period are also considered for post-qualification experience.
• Ex-servicemen claiming equivalency of qualification should produce certificates indicating their qualification and work experience in the relevant trade in the Armed Forces. They must also provide an endorsement of qualification in the Discharge certificate. The experience certificate from relevant authorities is required during the verification process.
• Applicants should clearly specify the nature of work, duties, and responsibilities in their respective jobs. Experience certificates that support their work claims should be submitted during certificate verification.
