BEL Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

For Probationary Engineer

• Eligible Degrees: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, or Computer Science.
• First-class required for UR/OBC/EWS; Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD.
• AMIE/AMIETE/GIETE in eligible disciplines are also accepted.
• Convert letter grades to percentages as per your university rules.
• Qualifying degree must be from an AICTE-approved college.

For Probationary Officer (HR)

• Eligible Degrees: MBA/MSW/PG Degree/PG Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel Management.
• First-class required for UR/OBC/EWS; Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD.
• HR should be the major subject; if not, study at least 5 specific HR-related subjects.
• The degree must be recognized by an Indian University or UGC.

For Probationary Accounts Officer

• Eligible Degrees: Pass class in CA/CMA Final from respective Institutes.

General Instruction

• Selected candidates will undergo 6 months of Orientation/On-the-Job training.
  After training, they must sign a Service Agreement to serve the company for 3 years.
  Breach of the Service Contract will result in a penalty of Rs. 3,00,000.
• Appointment is subject to meeting the company’s medical fitness standards.
• Candidates not selected will not receive separate communication.
• Internal candidates should refer to the internal advertisement dated 04.10.2023 for specific criteria, relaxations, and terms.
• Candidates can choose to answer the computer-based test in English or Hindi.
• The specialization mentioned in the Degree Certificate should match the branch in the application to be considered for an interview.
• BEL reserves the right to debar a candidate at any stage of the selection process for any unsuitability.
• Admission at any stage is provisional. Mere issuance of admit cards, interview call letters, or provisional appointment offers doesn’t guarantee selection.
• Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any criteria will lead to the cancellation of their candidature.
• Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• BEL follows a transparent recruitment process and does not demand or charge money other than the specified application fee. Beware of fraudsters posing as BEL representatives.
• BEL reserves the right to take legal action, including criminal action, against fraudsters.
