General Information

• Nationality / Citizenship:
  • Candidates must be citizens of India.
  • Eligibility criteria, including nationality, age, education, and experience, must be supported with relevant documents at the time of joining.
• Tenure:
  • Short-listed candidates will be engaged on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for an initial period of three years.
  • The first year of engagement will serve as a probation period.
  • Extension of engagement will be based on the discretion of the Management of AAICLAS, considering need and performance.
• Upper Age Limit (as of 01.10.2023):
  • Age relaxation of 5 years for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates is applicable.
  • All relaxations are subject to the submission of valid certificates issued by the appropriate government authority.
  • The date of birth recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificates is the only acceptable date of birth.
• Pay and Allowances:
  • The selected candidates will be offered the position of Assistant (Security).
  • The remuneration is a consolidated pay as follows:
    • First Year: Rs. 21,500/- Fixed
    • Second Year: Rs. 22,000/- Fixed
    • Third Year: Rs. 22,500/- Fixed
  • Additional benefits include travel allowances, lodging, boarding (if on tour), and various types of leave.
  • Medical Insurance of up to Rs. 10,000/- per Annum is reimbursed upon the purchase of medical insurance for the personnel and their dependent family members, with the submission of certified tax invoices/receipts.

Important Job Instruction

• Candidates are required to submit their application by the deadline of 15.11.2023.
  The application must be submitted using the provided online form and only through the online mode.
  
• AAICLAS will communicate with candidates exclusively via their registered email address.
  All updates, notifications, and correspondence will be conducted electronically, and no communication will be sent by postal mail.
• Shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria as of 01.10.2023 will be informed of the date for personal interaction.
  The date of the interaction will be conveyed to candidates through circulars on the AAICLAS website.
• Selected candidates will initially be engaged on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for a period of three years.
  The first year of the engagement will serve as a probationary period.
  Extension or fresh contracts will be determined based on the discretion of AAICLAS management, considering performance and company needs.
  Engagement will come into effect once the candidate joins the designated station.
• No travel allowance or reimbursement will be provided for the selection process.
  The contract period is for three years and may be extended based on performance and company needs.
  The contract may be terminated earlier at the discretion of the management, and the job is transferable to any station.
• Applicants must ensure that they meet all eligibility criteria as of 01.10.2023.
  The information provided in the application and attached documents must be accurate.
  Any incorrect or false information may lead to rejection of the candidature.
• Decisions made by AAICLAS management regarding eligibility criteria, application acceptance, and selection mode are considered final.
  Fulfilling minimum qualifications does not guarantee selection for the interaction process. AAICLAS may establish its own shortlisting and selection procedures.
• Only a single application per candidate will be accepted, and each candidate can apply for a single location only.
  Priority in the interaction process will be given to candidates with higher marks at the 12th-grade level.
• The prescribed application format is available on the AAICLAS official website under the career page.
• The notice period for resignation is a minimum of 3 months.
  Resignations with immediate effect may result in the non-issuance of experience letters and require a deposit of three months’ salary in lieu of the notice period.
