How to Apply
- To apply, candidates must go to the website Applying through any other method will not be accepted.
- Candidates need to upload various documents and certificates to support their claims in the application. Here are the documents you may need to upload:
- You need to provide a certificate or mark sheet of Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent issued by a Central/State Board indicating your date of birth. If your date of birth is not available on these documents, you can use a school leaving certificate (in the case of Tamil Nadu & Kerala).
- You should upload your degree or diploma certificate as proof of your claimed educational qualification. If you don’t have the degree/diploma certificate, provide a provisional certificate along with mark sheets for all academic years.
- If you are claiming an equivalent qualification as per the job requirements, provide an order or letter that indicates the authority that recognized your qualification as equivalent.
- You need a certificate in the prescribed format from the Head(s) of the organization(s)/department(s) where you gained the experience. This certificate should mention the duration of employment (date, month & year), basic pay, consolidated pay, and the nature of duties performed/experience obtained.
- e) Caste Certificate: If you are seeking reservation as SC/ST/OBC, you must upload a caste certificate in the prescribed proforma. This certificate should clearly state your caste, the Act/Order under which your caste is recognized, and the village/town where you ordinarily reside.
- If you are seeking reservation as OBC, you must provide a declaration in the prescribed format stating that you do not belong to the creamy layer. Along with this declaration, submit your community certificate (OBC).
- If you have a disability and are eligible for an appointment based on medical fitness standards, you should upload a certificate of disability in the prescribed proforma. This certificate must be issued by a competent authority, usually a Medical Board constituted by the Central or a State Government. The board should consist of at least three members, including a specialist in the particular field of disability.
- If you have any other claims or qualifications relevant to the job, provide the necessary documentary support for those claims.
