NSIC Selection Process

• The selection process consists of a Written Test (if specified) and a Personal Interview.
• Weight age for Written Test: 70%, Weight age for Personal Interview: 30%.
• Minimum qualifying marks for the written test are 50%, relax able to 45% for SC/ST/PwBD.
• For the functional area of Technology (GATE Score) and Rajbhasha the latest rank available (not older than two years) will be considered for interview call.
• The number of candidates called for the interview will be limited to a maximum of five times the number of advertised posts.
• The management reserves the right to set criteria, including raising eligibility standards, to limit the number of candidates for the interview.
• The management’s decisions regarding eligibility, interview, and selection are final and binding.

Compensation Package:

• The compensation package includes Basic pay, Industrial DA, HRA, Perquisites, and Allowances as per the cafeteria approach, EPF, Gratuity, etc.
• Performance Related Pay (PRP) is applicable as per the Corporation’s rules.
• Additional benefits may include House Building Advance, Vehicle Advance, Computer Advance, Medical facilities for self and dependents, PF, Gratuity, Superannuation Pension Scheme, and Leave
• Selected candidates may be posted in any of NSIC offices/Technical Centres across India

How to Apply

• Follow four stages: a. Name and email verification. b. Upload a recent passport-size photo and signature (both <100kb). c. Make payment through NEFT if needed. d. Get an Application Number for future reference via SMS/Email.
• Fill out your full name, avoid abbreviations, and have documents and payment details ready.
• Qualification date is the result declaration date or document issuance.
• Self-attest and enclose essential documents, including reservation certificates (if applicable). OBC certificates must specify Non-Creamy Layer and be issued in 2023 but before the last application date.

General Instruction

• Selected candidates may work anywhere in India or abroad.
• Transfer and promotion policies apply.
• Check eligibility before applying.
• Apply for one post only.
• Filling the form doesn’t guarantee an interview.
• Eligibility is determined by the closing date of the application.
• Use Hindi/English translations for non-English documents.
• SC/ST outstation candidates may get travel reimbursement.
• Government employees need a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE.”
• No canvassing allowed.
• Incomplete applications may be rejected.
• Management can modify the process or cancel it without notice.
• Legal matters fall under NCT of Delhi jurisdiction.
