Bombay High Court Personal Assistant Recruitment 2023 Eligibility criteria
Age Limit:
- General Category: Minimum age of 21 years, maximum age of 38 years.
- Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Class, or Special Backward Class: Maximum age of 43 years.
- High Court/Government Employees: No maximum age limit (when applying through the proper channel).
Qualifications:
- Must possess a University Degree. Exceptions apply for experienced stenographers.
- Must have a Government Commercial Certificate or equivalent for English Shorthand at 120 wpm and English Typing at 50 wpm.
- Must hold a Computer Certificate demonstrating proficiency in operating specific software obtained from recognized institutions.
Additional Conditions:
- Good character and antecedents.
- No pending criminal complaints or convictions.
- Restrictions on polygamous marriages and the number of children born after a specified date.

- Pay a registration fee of Rs. 300 through the “SBI Collect” online payment gateway. Obtain an alphanumeric reference number, which should be entered in the fee details/SBI Collect Reference No. section of the online application.

- Ensure you provide the correct email address and your own registered mobile number for correspondence.
- If married and without children, fill ‘0’ (Zero) in the respective column.
- Mention your educational qualifications in the following sequence: S.S.C., H.S.C., Graduation, Post Graduation.
- For law graduates, follow specific instructions regarding LL.B. qualifications.
- In case your mark sheets or certificates use Grades/C.G.P.A./S.G.P.A., convert them to appropriate percentages when filling out the form.
- Provide detailed information about any pending or disposed-of criminal cases. Concealing real information can lead to rejection or termination from service.

- Note down your Registration Number displayed after submitting the application and take a printout of the application.
