Important Details

• Minimum 60% marks in Graduation and Post Graduation (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD).
• Ph.D. holders should have Ph.D. after M.E/ M.Tech, B.E/ B.Tech or M.Sc. in relevant field.
• Integrated Ph.D. candidates must have a master’s degree along with Ph.D.
• Relevancy of Ph.D. in chemical sciences decided by experts.
• Work experience must be in supervisory/ executive roles.
• Experience counted post minimum educational qualification.
• Ph.D. holders must mention the date of successful defense.
• Research during Ph.D. not considered as work experience.
• Courses from Autonomous Institutions/Foreign universities should be equivalent to AIU/UGC/AICTE recognized courses.
• Research experience should be in the relevant area, teaching experience not considered.

Selection Process:

• Involves Computer-Based Test, Group Task, Personal Interview, etc.
• Eligible candidates considered based on application, documents, merit list.
• Shortlisting criteria may include experience, qualification, patents, publications.
• Single or multiple-stage interviews based on criteria.
• Detailed shortlisting criteria on the website.

• HPCL has an extensive marketing network with zonal and regional offices, terminals, aviation service stations, LPG bottling plants, lube blending plants, depots, retail outlets, and more. It serves a vast customer base, including LPG consumers.
• HPCL has the second-largest petroleum product pipeline network in India, with a network length of 5,132 km.
• HPCL is involved in Exploration & Production (E&P) of hydrocarbons through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Prize Petroleum Company Limited (PPCL).
